NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

 

Pursuant to Resolution adopted by the Town Board, the Town of Babylon Commissioner of General Services, Division of Purchasing will received sealed proposals for


RFP NO. 18G18                  

TOWN OF BABYLONREQUEST FOR PROPOSAL LICENSE TO AND OPERATE

A FIXED, FOOD STAND CONCESSION AT CEDAR & OVERLOOK BEACH

VENETIAN SHORES PARK & TANNER PARK

until 10:00 a.m. on  MONDAY, MARCH 5, 2018  Town Hall, 200 East Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, New York 11757 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Division of Purchasing office.  The proposal may be hand delivered or mailed to the above address.  Proposals will not be accepted after 10:00 a.m. on the date of the opening.  NO EXCEPTIONS SHALL BE GRANTED.  Do not remove any pages; proposals are to be submitted intact. Proposal documents may be examined and obtained at the Town Hall Purchasing Department between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., daily except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays for a non-refundable fee of $50.00.  The RFP is available on the Town’s website at www.townofbabylon.com.  There is no fee to download the documents, on and after  THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2018.


The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.


The Town of Babylon encourages minority and women-owned businesses to participate in all Town bids.

ONE ORIGINAL AND SIX (6) COPIES OF THE PROPOSAL MUST BE DELIVERED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE AND RECEIVED BY THE COMMISSIONER OF GENERAL SERVICES NO LATER NO THAN

10:00 A.M. ON MONDAY, MARCH 5, 2018
