Q. Where do I go to get a copy of my birth certificate? A.
The Town Clerk's office, located in Town Hall in Lindenhurst, is the official keeper of all birth information for those births which occurred in the Town of Babylon. Please have proper identification to verify you are the person of record.
Records for births outside of the Town of Babylon are not kept in Town Hall. For these records, please contact the town or city the birth occured in.
Q. How can I find out about death records? A. The Town Clerk, located in Town Hall, is the official keeper of all death records, as well as birth records, for the town. For more information on death records, please contact the Town Clerk's office at 957-3005.
