Quirk, Chairperson of the Parks & Recreation Committee, are leading the way towards the construction of a brand new, state-of-the-art pool facility at Phelps Lane. Although there will be no pool at Phelps Lane this summer, the wait will be well worth it! The opening of the new pool facility is expected to be in early 2003.
If you usually sign-up for programs that are held at the Phelps Lane location, do not worry. You will still be able to enjoy all of the activities that you have in the past. The Town of Babylon has increased the number of program offerings at all of our other pools and beach facilities. Our goal is to provide our residents with the service they have become accustomed to receiving.
