[ARCHIVED] Councilman McSweeney Joins the American Red Cross to Sound the Alarm

RedCross

Program installs free smoke detectors in homes

Do you have working smoke detectors in your home? Home fires are the nation's most frequent disaster that the American Red Cross responds to.

Councilman and Public Safety Chairman Terence McSweeney is proud to once again partner with the American Red Cross in Greater New York to Sound the Alarm on their Home Fire Campaign to help keep Babylon residents safe.

The American Red Cross Home Fire Campaign helps save lives by installing free smoke alarms in homes that don't have them, and by educating people about home fire safety.

If you would like to sign up for a free smoke detector installation appointment, please call (516) 229-1086 or register here using this form.

Together, we can all work together to end home fire tragedies.
