The TOB Parks Department is excited to announce its 2023 Art Contest! Residents of all ages are encouraged to submit an art piece with the theme outdoors/environment! Winners art pieces will be featured in our 2023 Recreation Guide! Participants must fill out the application linked below and submit it to the Parks Department by March 15, 2023.
