Babylon Town Councilwoman Jacqueline Gordon was recently presented with a plaque from State Senator Charles Fuschillo to commemorate her being named a “Woman of Distinction” by the New York State Senate. The plaque was previously displayed in the State Capitol and recognizes the continued service of Councilwoman Gordon, who has proudly served this nation overseas as a member of the United States Army Reserves for nearly thirty years and continues to represent the community as a member of the Town Board. Supervisor Rich Schaffer was in attendance to congratulate Councilwoman Gordon for receiving this tremendous honor.
