Babylon Town Supervisor Rich Schaffer recently joined with Deputy Supervisor Tony Martinez and Assemblyman Joseph Saladino to honor Jonathan Bell of Babylon’s Boy Scout Troop 194 for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest honor awarded in the organization. A Court of Honor Ceremony was held at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church on Deer Park Avenue in Babylon for Jonathan, whose Eagle Project was to beautify the Grove Street entrance of Babylon Junior-Senior High School. Supervisor Schaffer and Deputy Supervisor Martinez presented Jonathan with an official Town of Babylon Proclamation to recognize his achievements.
