Babylon Town Supervisor Rich Schaffer recently joined with Town Clerk Carol Quirk and New York State Senator Phil Boyle to welcome the Casa Del Campo restaurant to the Town of Babylon business community. Casa Del Campo is located off Deer Park Avenue in North Babylon and specializes in Dominican cuisine. At the grand opening, the elected officials joined with owners, staff members and their family members for a ribbon cutting to officially open the restaurant for business. Supervisor Schaffer also presented the owners with an official Certificate of Special Recognition from the Town.
