Babylon Town Councilwoman Jacqueline Gordon recently joined Councilman Tom Donnelly and local officials to congratulate Nico Eden of Lindenhurst for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts organization. A Court of Honor ceremony was held for Nico, a member of Boy Scout Troop 60, at the Lindenhurst VFW Hall. For his Eagle Project, Nico decided to revitalize the Aquinas Courtyard at the Our Lady of Consolation Nursing Home, where his grandparents lived for many years. It took 139 total man hours and 35 hours to plan and clean up the courtyard.
