Town of Babylon Supervisor Rich Schaffer recently joined with Special Assistant Terence McSweeney at a Court of Honor Ceremony to congratulate Anthony J. Armanuse, on becoming an Eagle Scout. The Eagle Scout is the highest achievable rank in the Boy Scout Organization. For his Eagle Scout project, Anthony, of Troop 1634, organized a blood drive with the New York Blood Center. Since blood is chronically in short supply, Anthony was able to get more than 45 pints of blood donated.
Supervisor Schaffer congratulated Anthony on his achievement and wished him the best of luck with his future endeavors.
