Survivors, caregivers, family, friends and more came out in support of the North Babylon’s 5th Anniversary Relay for Life held at North Babylon High School. The North Babylon Fire Department helped to kick off the 12 hour event of memories, testimonies and fun with a lap around the track. Councilman Terence McSweeney was on hand to lend support as were the local Boy Scout and Girl Scout Troops. The Relay for Life is an American Cancer Society’s fundraiser dedicated to helping communities attack cancer.
